Cyndi Lane, Talent Coordinator

Cyndi Lane (Makeup Artist, Iconz Talent Agency, Fashion Show Producer) has worked in the industry for over 20 years and traveled internationally to various islands such as the Bahamas, Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, and throughout the states putting together fabulous shows. Those activities include overseeing radio buys, TV buys, lighting, staging, models, and stylists, being behind the scenes in the makeup room painting faces, and every other aspect to complete a show of shows.

Cyndi is also the creator and producer of Fasion For Peace; a Philadelphia show dedicated for the urban children of Philly.  The children attended a weekly class of modeling, acting, hair and makeup and etiquette. The most important goal of the class was to empower each child to believe in themselves and be everything that they dreamed.

Cyndi's dream of the pursuit of equity and empowerment for all models and actors of all races was realized in the spring of 2006 when she developed and implemented the Iconz Talent  Agency, headquartered in Philadelphia PA. Iconz Talent Agency has emerged as a cutting edge type of talent agency that accommodates both the Artists and the Industry.  Iconz specializes in the training and casting of ethnic talent in the film, television, print, industrial, voice over and theater industries. Iconz Talent Agency is now recognized  as one of the fastest growing ethnic agency  in the tri-state.

Cyndi has cast principal actors in many independent feature films, in addition to major studio films including: National Treasure" (J. Turtletaub), "Invincible" (E. Core) and F.Gary Gray's "Law Abiding Citizen." Also “Soulful Shurwil Langston” and “Changing The Game” (Rel Dowdel).  Many of the film projects that were casted by Cyndi have been screened in Philadelphia, Hollywood and at Sundance festivals and were well received.

Models have also grace runways of some of the hottest show such as BET’s Rip the Runway, New York Fashion Week, Phila Fashion Week, Zelda Kaplan, Baltimore Fashion Week, D.C. Fashion Week and many more.
